Assigning Multiple Responsibility Centers for a user

Hi All,

Is it possbile to assign multiple responsibility centers (not all) for a user?
if yes, please let me know how to do the setup.

As per my knowledge, In User Setup form, we can assign only one Responsibiltiy center for each user. But our client wants to assign multiple (not all) responsibility centers for a user.

Please advice..

    Wouldn't you be better in adding security filter for the user restriciting the responsability centres there what ever is easiest exclusion or inclusion only

    But I am using Nav database 4.0SP3, how(and where) can apply security filter for each user with different locations?

    GO to Security > roles

    Find all roles where Responsability centre is used then create a new role for the users who need more then one rep cntre and then assign this use the security filter on the Responsability code centre.

    If you have more then one user with different combinations you will need to create a new role for each user
