form opens report and...

..on "ReqFilterFields" defined on tables used within reports I'd like to have values from form, which opened this report.
I dont have licence to modify FORM source code, only reports. How to pass those values to report ReqFilterFields to not bother user to fill it every time he run report?

    sorry, but for this u need the next developer granule in your license (7,200 Application Builder)
