Corrections to Registered Warehouse Pick

Hi all,
Using NAV 5.0 a Warehouse Pick is already registered, is there a way to un-register it? Customer would want to change item. Also for Posted Sales Shipments, 'Undo Shipments' functions will not work if there are Warehouse Shipment Lines. Should a Sales Return Order with no Unit Price be created for this? Any suggestions?
Thanks and regards,
Tinik

Face the same problem..
How can we correct a registered warehouse pick ??
Registered Pick can be deleted, but is that the correct way ?
If warehouse shipment already shipped, we also can't undo shipment.
problem #1: warehouse put-away activity lines already created
problem #2: if we delete registered pick (Registered Whse. Activity Hdr.), it will throw another error,You cannot undo line 10000 because warehouse put-away lines have already been created.

Found out from another thread
viewtopic.php?f=23&t=29048&hilit=undo+shipmentTomas wrote:Or better yet, you might try:
1. Go to Warehouse -> History -> Posted Documents -> Posted Shipments. Find your shipment and click F4 to delete it.
2. Go to Warehouse -> History -> Registered Documents -> Registered Picks. Find your registered pick and click F4 to delete it.
3. Go to Warehouse -> History -> Posted Documents -> Posted Sales Shipments and click Function->Undo Shipment.
Now you should be able to undo shipment.
Undo shipment works now. #-o  :whistle:0 -
