In the Employee Portal Setup, there is a button to create back end key pair. Click on that button. If its already created then delete it and again create it and restart the NAS..

What type of network environment do you have?
Is everything on one server, or is the application distributed?

    Check (restart) the MSMQ Service
Check in event viewer after you start the NAS for any messages

    Post those messages.

You should see a message when NAS starts that it started successfully. It should show you the db name and company name as well as the start-up parameter.

Do you have that in the event viewer? If you do not, then what do you have indicating that the NAS started correctly?

Are you starting the service from the services mmc and not seeing an error message? That is not a %100 indication that NAS started correctly or as desired. Check in the event viewer for a sucessful start.
