NAV CRM: Printing Exchange-stored email

Hello experts, I need your help please
My company is using NAV CRM to log interactions with customers. The interactions include documents (PDF, Word, etc) and emails, which are stored using the interaction log entry table; the documents as BLOBs (embedded) and the emails as Exchange storage.
We have a business requirement to print a report of all interactions relating to a particular customer, including any attachments (not environmentally friendly, I know!). I have created a report which extracts any documents to a temporary file and prints them (using Shell automation); where I am having problems is with email messages. NAV uses the Outlook Handler to display them, however I can't see any methods in the automation to allow printing or saving to disk. At the moment the report opens any relevant emails in Outlook and the user has to manually print them, one by one. Although this works, it's not neat.
Does anybody have any suggestions how to print the emails automatically from NAV?
Many thanks in advance for your help,
Guillaume
