How to see the User and ongoing process which jams?

    There is no way to know which is the process.

    To know the user:
    -if you are on Native, it is shown in the status bar
    -If you are on SQL, you can see it through Sessions. In the fields is shown who is blocking who. See also http://www.mibuso.com/howtoinfo.asp?FileID=19.
