Hi,
I am upgrading from 4.0 Sp1 to Nav2009 Sp1 with RTC. If I assign any Role Center(Default Demo) to users it is giving error-page contains a control add-in that is not permitted. Contact your system administrator. I am using Developer License. If I put profile ID blank in User personalization, it is running. Can any one suggest what is the reason of this error?

There is a walkthrough on how to register Addins.
If you install 2009 sp1 on your computer with demo installation, it will register the dll for you.
If you have 2009 sp1 already installed. Copy from the demo db the following table to your upgrade database.
Run table Client Add-in table and copy and paste the data to your upgrade db.0 -
It worked.
