RDLC Report modification in Nav 2009

Hi

I added a look up field in Item ledger entry to look at order no field in recvd purchase receipts and trying to modify the rdl report no 10540 Stock Received not Invoiced but the data being generated by Nav is not containing the look up field. I couldn't find any way to control it.

Can any one guide me how to add new fields ? i have deleted the layout and re generated it but still its not generating the right data set. ](*,)

Waiting for some one's advice on this Anxiously.

    The RDLC dataset is defined by the fields that you add in the NAV report object. To make your new field show up in the RDLC editor, you need to first add it to a section in your NAV report.

    I did at on sections. its coming up on classic report (as i modified it for testing purpose)
    but still its not coming up in rdl dataset.
    PS: Its a lookup flow field..

    Ah right well flowfields are not stored on SQL Server so that would explain why it's not showing up in the dataset. I don't know how to make that work though.

    well in that case ill add another data item and will filter it based on conditions. i hope it should do the job.
