Implementing the nenumbers solution

I have a problem with nenumbers that keep changing and i have read the solution from the download section -nenumbers.zip. i have just started using Navision and i dont know how to implement the solution talked about in the nenumber.zip file. i downloaded this file. please tell me how i can implement the solution.

by looking at the download - it mentions you need to modify codeunit 1 with something like this..
