Print to file Navi 2.6 Help !

When I try to make a file instead of a print, I use the "send to file" option
in WIN printer . The file is generated but I can't read it. There is no extension, so I cannot open the created files.
What can I do to make this possible ?

    Use the Option "Save as HTML" under "File" instead.

    "Send to file" in the printer menu is suitable only for plain text documents.

    BTW, this is >= 3.70 Forum, your should post in the Financials Forum if you are working with 2.60.

    PDF Files are much smaller than HTML Files and can handle documents with
    complicated layouts (HTML files tend to mess up shapes and lines)
