For native databases you can't do incremental backup, at least nothing that is supported by Microsoft. There's an external product that allows you to schedule it, I believe that was a tool from a company called expandit, but I've never used it myself.

By using this method it automatically backup up daily.
In the morning it takes a 38gb database and give me a 2gb zipped backup
which can be thrown on a flash drive or uploaded to a ftp site, etc.

We are taking the backup of entire database, but this had to be automated so we chose to use Windows incremental backup.
My concern is if there is any other way for this with native database?
