Valuation Date in the 5804 table

Hi All,

Some items that exist in the T5804 have no valuation date. Did anybody encounter with this problem? While adjusting the cost of some items older entries(for the past closed years) are taken in process. I can not match these items with the missing valuation dates.

Help please :(

    From recollection the date field is only filled for entries that were in the selected avg cost period type from inventory setup.

    If you have adjusted entries from a closed financial year it wouldn't allow you to post into that period but rather the next open period.

    Is the adjusted flag ticked as well or blank

    what version are you using?

    Hi,

    thanks for the prompt reply. The adjusted flag is ticked past entries of the items. The version is 4.02 TR. It is strange. the past entries(2006-2007-2008) are valued on the cost adj batch job and generates amount on the fiscal year(2009)

    What should i do? The custmer stopped running the cost adj batch job because of that:(
