How to unfreeze/Unlock the Toolbox ?

How to unfreeze/Unlock the Toolbox..!!!??
Do tell me the shortcut..!!

    I mean to say it jus stick to one place such tht label,Textbox control can't be seen and used..

    A) Press Alt and use the arrows until you get to the toolbox window menu and select move. Move with the arrows and press enter to release.

    -OR-

    B) Delete the zup file
