error Posting Sales Order with sales unit of measure Nav 4.0

Why when i posting sales order from warehouse shipment always getting error say there no item on Bin content?

    Your items have probably been received, but not put away anywhere. Navision will still let you go through the entire order process, including setting up the order, shipment, and pick documents. But when it comes time to pick / ship them (depending on how much warehousing you're using) there will not be any bin codes and it won't know what to do.

    When an item is put into a bin, the Bin Content table is automatically updated.

    item already receive, and i'm not using warehouse putaway dan pick just warehouse shipment.
    i look in bin content item already in there but uom is base.

    Have u set the relationship between Base Unit of Measure and Sales UOM :?:

    did u mean relationship that must be input on item card for multiple UOM?
    if yes i already input it.
    if no where i have to set relationship?
