Form Transformation Form dissapear

Dear All,
Am installed nav2009(w1) and go through the training manual and 1 of the training steps stated that "Select form 97000, Transformation Forms and click run. In the Transformation Forms window, click Functions, Get Forms"
Unfortunately i can't find form id= 97000 and i noted my transformation form id = 177000 instead of 97000. And once i click on the function button ther's no such option - "Get Form". Confusing...any idea? thx in adv..
