RTC Crashes when enable Chart Pane

Hello,

When i try to enable the Chart Pane, RTC crashed with the following message.

It seems that some files are not found by the RTC.
I am not able to figure it out what i am missing or what is going wrong.
I am using NAV 2009 SP1 on Windows 2008 Server
