Installation error - Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Build 29626

Hi All,
I have uninstalled NAV IN 2009 and then try to install NAV IN 2009 SP1 (OS-XP service pack 3) but I am getting a error

Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Build 29626
Error Report
Setup Components
The system cannot find the file specified.

I can’t find any detail in Event Log. Why I am getting such kind of error? ](*,)
Any explanation would be highly appreciable?

    Did you try installing them again or finding the sperate MDI installers from the dvd and running those directly ?

    Shit happens would be my explanation as ihad similiar message but just installed them again on Vista and win 7.
