Missing action in Service Order

With a recent NAV 2009 SP1 database using RTC, when opening the Page "Service Order", i am missing the Link to Service Item Worksheet.
Do You have any idea where i can / should find it? There's neither a menu item in the actions menu nor in the related information menu on the page.
