RTC SP1 Upgrade Gives a strange behaviour

I recently upgraded a W1 2009 to SP1 on a computer that had the GB version installed. I created a new database and upgraded the objects and DB.

The RTC and SQL client but afterwards the RTC clients starts to Flash EG Focus on Focus off so that if you wish to write anything it will freeze when it loses focus.

I am wondering if it has to do with the Fact the Client is a UK client but i am running a W1 database in sp1? EG I can choose GB as a lanugague even though its a w1 enu DB

Anyone seen this before or have a suggestion to resolve. My only idea was to install w1 onanother computer and see if that works.

    I figured it out it was a new system table that was blank in the upgrade database but filled in at another of the same version.
