Time in webservice

Hi,
I have a problem with an external application getting data via NAV2009 webservices. The connection works just fine, but the time is not correct. When receiving the time it adds 1 hour, and is therefore not correct.
The application is a c# application. Are there any timezone-issues to be aware of? When opening in a page via a browser the time is correct.
Any idea, any one?

As already described in another topic, the WebService is using UTE for time because the WebService server do not know the target timezone. The application needs to format the time to target timezone.0
