cannot access ftp site

hi guys,
I cannot access ftp site from navision. The message always "Windows cannot access this folder..."
My system admin never put limitation to my account.
Did anyone have idea how I get out from this trouble?
My OS is Win 98.

The question is 'is it true that this site only able to access by win2000 operating system?'Regards,

I access Navision's ftp site regularly using Win980

The Navision FTP site is not an open site in the U.S. Only registered NSC users have access to the site - otherwise it returns the message noted in the first post
