For having only 2 posted Lines 4 multiple items in G/L entry

After posting lines from purch. invoice.. can i have only two line in G/L entry(by doing Navigate).
suppose i hv posted 5 lines for different fixed assets..
now for dis entry i want to hav only two lines inposted purch. invoice in G/L entry/..one for debit nd one for credit..only..
hw it can b workrd out?

For same query is it possible to hav only two lines..In G/l Entry in Posted entry...eventhough i hav multiple items.??
If yes..than plz tell me the steps..

Suggestions are apprciated... :)

    You should not do it. Each FA Ledger entry is linked with a unique G/L entry and the link should not be broken.

    If all FA lines are associated with only one G/L entry,,,
    thn cant i hav only two entries?
