Are you someone who will implement it (partner) or you are end-user? If first, I must say that I regret your customer. Implementing NAV is not something you can do just after you read something...

I was in a company as a technical consultant but right now i have switched new company in which they are working in other s/w so it's starting for them in Navision, So i know navision but how to implement this is i don't know ?

The best way is to ask your current company to hire a NAV consultant with real implementation experience to walkthrough the process with your current company.

I agree. You don't want to start off your new job being the guy who screwed up the implementation of the ERP system.
