Faxing problem

I recently bought a new PC for a user on my network and they previously faxed orders directly from navision. Under XP she is no longer able to do this. I hit print and select the fax and the fax screen comes up but I can not keep the window active. I get no error message or anything I just can't keep Navision from switching the active window back to itself. I can see the fax windows to enter data but I can't enter anything. What's going on? I didn't think that there was that big of a difference between 2000 fax and XP. I am using Navision Attain 3.60a client running on Windows XPSP2 fully updated. Thanks
