Lot tracking problem in WMS

Hello, Masters,
We use Nav 4 SP 2 with WMS module.We want to track items with following settings:
Lot Specific Tracking Yes
Lot Info. Inbound Must Exist Yes
Lot Info. Outbound Must Exist Yes
Lot Warehouse Tracking Yes
Lot Purchase Inbound Tracking Yes
Lot Purchase Outbound Tracking Yes
Lot Sales Inbound Tracking Yes
Lot Sales Outbound Tracking Yes
Lot Pos. Adjmt. Inb. Tracking Yes
Lot Pos. Adjmt. Outb. Tracking Yes
Lot Neg. Adjmt. Inb. Tracking Yes
Lot Neg. Adjmt. Outb. Tracking Yes
Lot Transfer Tracking Yes
Lot Manuf. Inbound Tracking Yes
Lot Manuf. Outbound Tracking Yes

Doing tests i met problem.
When i create Picking Sleep, Navision doesn`t suggest me tacking bins.After litle investigation i saw that when i post Warehouse Receipt in table Warehouse Entry Lot No. field is empty.After that for the Put-Away Lot No. exists.So creating the Picking sleep, Navision tries to calculate available quantity to pick and because Lot no. for the receiving row is missing Navision calculates 0.
The question is, is it normal the field Lot No. to be empty in Warehouse Entry for the Posted Warehouse Receipt?
If it is, what can i do to solve the problem?
