Installing 2009 DB server and Service Tier in 2 different PC

Hi Dear Colleagues,
I have installed 2009 RTC version and it is working fine. I installed both DB server (SQL server) and the NAV Service Tier in one single pc. But I need to know whether I can install DB server and NAV Service Tier in two different PC s? (I know this is possible and already available in the documentation)
If somebody was able to do this please let us know ?
I would expect your expect comments on this?
