Adding new Action item to page

Hi All,

As we all know that in Navision 2009 we can add a new action item to page as well as publish them also. We can publish it to following default publish categories :

a) New
b) Process
c) Report

Query :
1) Whether can we add new Publish category Attach and publish the new action item to "Attach" publish category. If it is then how?
2) Can we add our custom image to publish action item in its Image property? As I know that we can put the image property value to Document. If yes then how?
