Editable and Non editable

Hi all.

Is there is any way i can make a particular field in a form editable for a particular person and non-editable to other person.
kindly do suggest me a solution.

    1. not per default
    2. u need the developer license
    3. yes, during source on the form
    4. Why only these field ? Why not deny this user to modify a rec in these table?
