Hi all,
Problem:
First, this is a real 3-tier setup. - 2009 SP1
I am running a classic report (no RDLC layout) and print it with a pdf printer (bullzip etc). This is no problem. But when I want to attach it in a mail then the problems occur. The saved pdf file is located client and the mail attach code is running on the service tier. So, how do I attach the file..
I tried the terrible File.upload funktion
, but that makes a prompt to the user (with or with the magicpath). Maybe I am doing something wrong!
Does anybody have experience with this or have different design approach??
Br
Kenneth.

You need to set the printer to save the file to some shared folder which is accessible from the service tier.0
