Compnay table form not exist

Hi folk,
i have defined a field property table relation to company, after run this table when i lookup this field then it does show a form with company name but in navision form list there are no any form of this type ,even i check table relation property of company table but there is not define any form.

either when i does ctrl+f2 on form then it does not allow to design mode.

suggest me about it.

    This form cannot be edited. Like the Designer form. What exactly do you want to do? If you really need to use a form simply create a new one and change your OnLookup trigger. This will override the default behavior.
