Item Tracking Code

Hi all,

In Navision Ver.4.0, one item having ledger entries without Item Tracking Code, but we need to select the Item Tracking Code for that item. SO, while selecting it is not allowing, saying that "You cannot change Item Tracking code because there are one or more ledger entries for this item". Anybody knows please help us.

    Negative adjust your item out so you have quantity on hand = 0. Then try again (I can't remember if this works).

    If it doesn't, rename your item and block it. Create a new item card with the original and correct item number and make sure you set it up correctly :D
