  By default in base product you do not have any such provision.

  I thought that was the case. Do you know of any ISV's that wrote this solution or do you have any ideas of a "work around"

  This is a pretty common request from end users where you create sales order from purchase order and vice versa. I would recommend you ask your partner to see if they developed something already.
  
  However, I suspect the modification will only go so far as creating the PQ, maybe link it with 1 PQ. It most likely won't link to multiple PQs.

  Thank you. We are a partner but haven't developed anything like this solution. We have developers on staff and I will ask them what they feel it will take to accommodate this requirement. Thanks for the help.
