Terminal Services and Defaut Roles

Hi

One of our Clients is using Terminal Services to access Role Tailored Client. I am facing with a problem of assigning Default Roles to each of the Users. Here's what happens:

User "A" logins in and for example sets "Sales Manager" as his default role. Then "User B" logs in and sets "President" as his default login. "President" is automatically set as default Role for User A also. Why does that happen? How can I resolve this?

    How are tehy setting the default? if they are going ot the Profiles and ticking the Default Role Center in there then they are changing the default for all users that don't have a User Personalization.

    What they should be doing is setting up a user Personalization against their logon and then selected the profile they want to use.
