Transfer Orders and Intrastat

Hello,
We have a small problem regarding Intrastat and Transfer Orders.
Why isn't a transfer order from a domestic location to a foreign location (clearly this is export) taken into account on the intrastat module of Navision?
Does anybody have a clue?

reason: in intrastat are tracked only Purchases and Sales. Trasfer, even into location in foreign country, means, that Items stay in your company, whereass in case of sales or purchaes, the Items are changing its owner...Martin Bokůvka, AxiomProvis0
