Differences in C/AL Code between classic and RTC

Hello, i'm transforming a lot of forms to pages for RTC, and i've found some differences in the execution of the code:
- Some triggers doesn't work in the same way (i had to move a filter from 'OnInit' trigger
to 'OnOpenPage' trigger).
- It's not possible modify lines in a subform, calling functions of the own subform which
use 'CurrForm.UPDATE'.
- CLEAR in some cases isn't resetting filters, so in addition i use RESET.

I guess there are probably more differences.

My question is: is there any kind of documentation which explains these differences?

The help in the client also provides a decent overview of the changes and what is required for code changes when developing for the RTC.
