NAV2009 Role Tailored - How to create "prefiltered list"

Hi All,

someone is able to explain me, the way to create "prefiltered list" in NAV2009 - Role Tailored??? :?

i think that the attached bitmap can help you to understand my question.

    These lists are automatically created from the cues on the Home Part. In SP1 there will be functionality for users to create own prefiltered lists directly in RTC.

    A little addition.
    The only exception is "Shipped Not Invoiced". This menu item came from Role Center's actions (page 9006).
    If you look at property window for this action (action7) you can notice WHERE(Completely Shipped=FILTER(Yes),Invoice=FILTER(No)) clause in RunFormView property.
