Hello, I am trying to reconcile the bank accounts. I don't find the option or report to view the items that are "Checks deposited but not cleared" and "Checks issued but not submitted". Won't it work this way?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hi,
Have a look at the Bank Acc. Recon. Statement in the reconciliation form. The layout may not suit but you should get the information you need. This need to be run at the time and cannot be retospectively run - we developed a version for this.0 -
You mean to say we will not be able to see the historical information.0

Hi,
Not exactly - it will store historical data but for example you want to know the outstanding checks as at 31/12/08 then it's not standard.0 -

A entry ,has been reconciled or not, is identified by boolean field "Open" in bank account ledger entry. Before reconciliation is posted most of the entries will fall in the category mentioned by you. You can filter the bank account ledger entry on the field and all the debit entries will be "Checks deposited but not cleared" and credit entries will be "Checks issued but not submitted".CA Sandeep Singla
