Navision Form Auto Close Problem

My colleague Laptop is using NAV 5 SP1
We are connecting to the same NAV server doing our daily job, but he often encounter error when click on a form it will close automatically after about 2 seconds. To resolve, we tried delete the zup file (sometimes it works), or restart the windows.

Any idea what is wrong with his Laptop? or Windows? or is there anything wrong with his Navision?
We will probably try to re-install the Navision to see if it solves the problem.

    NAV 5.01 over TerminalService or Citrix?
    Or is it a rirect connection?
    Which OS does your coll. use, and which os do you use?

    direct connection to the server in LAN environment
    OS is Windows XP Pro SP3
