How to find a ", and -" in String at any Place of it

Hello all!
I have Strings that looks like that : Schleswig-Holstein , Flensburg,Stadt
Now i'm looking for a function that finds the "-" or/and the "," character. The Characters could be at any place of the String.
I have to say, that i'm a beginner in C/AL and i hope my english is not too bad

have you tried STRPOS function?
Searches for the first occurrence of substring inside a string.Position := STRPOS(String, SubString)0 -

Look at help of function STRPOS , SELECTSTR and other about strings (SYSTEM/string in C/AL symbol menu)0 -
Yeah, thanks you two! STRPOS solved my problem. Now i can check IF STRPOS = 0. That means that no "-" is contained \:D/0
