DMBS Cache - Configuration

Hi guys!

Can you tell me what is the optimal value to enter on the DBMS and Object Cache on NAV 5.0.?

    -DBMS cache is only used for native DB's using a service, but with standalone connection. Not on SQL. The theoretical maximum is 1GB, but mostly it is not reached. Best value : as high as possible.
    -Object cache : Standard is good enough for most installations. Actually I never changed it.
