CRM - Link an existing client with an existing contact

Hi,

We will go live with CRM in an existing NAV installation. We want to be able to link contacts with existing customers. Does anyone knows another way to make that ling instead of going manually one by one??

    You can always write a routine to do a "best guess" match, but generally there will be errors. Sadly, the best way is to go one by one unless you have a better way to determine the link based on existing fields.
