RTC error - 'Permission to run NAV Server' error

Hi,

I am setting up the Cronus database with the Role Tailored client for the first time and have run into a number of errors, and have gotten thought a lot of them, until I hit this one:

You do not have permission to run the 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server' system.

I found one suggestion that I browse to the Service folder and grant 'Full Control' permission for the user, but that made no difference.

Has anyone seen this before?

    I am using a license that I was told could be used for RTC - which granule should be included in order to run the NAV Server?

    Hi, the licnese needs granule 9100, which is not included, and thus you have solved my problem, thanks so much!
