Item Ledger Entry Missing

Can anyone tell me what the easiest way to rebuild Item Ledger record from Sales Orders?
I have sales lines with entry no's somehow was removed from Item Ledger table.

    The best method is to use old backups.
    PS Also look at Item Application entry for possible restoration.

    How to rebuild :?: If you are under SQL, restore the last LOG backup (where the entries exist).
    I'm sure u have a backup / restoring scenario. It's a good time to test it.

    If you are under Native, restore the last fbk (where the entries exist) and post all documents that are posted between the backup and the restore.

    A other option is, but here u must be a good developer, to rebuild the Item Ledger Entries based on the table 339 AND table 5802.
    And do this first on a TESTDATABASE :!:
