Navision and Citrix - how to keep individual views?

We are currently publishing navision as a citrix application (metaframe 1.8, fr1, tse 4.0). The problem is, when users view a job, they all view the last job that anyone worked on. They don't see the last one they worked on individually. Also, when they customize their tables, the settings aren't saved; the next time they log in, they default back to the way they were. Is there a file that stores such information? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. TIA

    It sounds like your zup files arent being saved, or they are all being saved in the same place on top of each other. You should modify the shortcut that the users are using to run Navision, providing a temp directory, zupfile name etc.. such as:

    "C:\Program Files\Navision Financials\fin.exe" nettype=tcp,servername=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,temppath=x:\nftemp\%username%\, id=x:\zupfiles\%username%.zup, database=xxxxxxxxxx,company=xxxxxxxxxx

    Yes, that was exactly it. I accidently came across the information yesterday from another solutions provider. I modified the shortcut in the all users citrix profile and took care of the problem in one shot. Thanks for the reply!
