And what is the relation to "NAV Exams & Certification"? Is this a question from an exam?
In Crystal Report, We can attach the Preprint Invoice Report - PDF file in Report Designer, It will show like Mirror Image. and we can able to do alignment and add the values to down side of Header column or Right side of Label what is available on the PDF File.
Just Im asking, Is this possible in NAV Report Designer?

And you cannot use a PDF-file to create your NAV reports. Dynamics NAV is a whole different product then Crystal Reports, so you can't compare functionality.
