Problem with Item No.

Hi,

Yesterday I found a problem with Item No. For Example. If you have an article with Item No.=CISCO and other article with Item No.=CISCO-00 and when I'm making an order and I want to select the Item with No. CISCO I can't because Navision is always refers to the other artice with No.=CISCO-00

Can this problem be solved?

This is problem with collation. I assume, that you are using MS SQL - yes? If yes, please, tell us, which version of client you have. If 3.60, which hotfix? I think that this problem is solved sience HF16 for 3.60... we had same problem in Czech...

Yes, we are using MSSQL and Navision 3.60, but we I don't know with which hot fix is our version of Navison updated. If you know witch hotfix can fix this problem and If you have it can you send me or can I download it from somewhere?

I think that it is question for your NSC... :-) I don't know which HF was released last for you...

Ask your NSC for last client hotfix for 3.60...
