Item Ledger entry without an Item No

Hello Experts,

I have an entry in my Item Ledger without an Item No.
It is strange. I am still looking for explanation how this can be so.
I want to do a negative adjust to reversed this transaction but to no avail.
Please can someone help me.

Most likely, the item has been deleted.

But you shouldn't be able to delete an item when ledger entries have been created...key word there is shouldn't. Could also be someone messing around in the table.

you can only delete an item (F4) if there is no open "item Entry" or a Entry that is not complete invoiced (and so on).

so, why is in your ILE an Ledger without the item No.

1. the org. Item was deleted (has this ILE Value Entries?)
2. Someone has "designed" a little programm that writes diry item Ledger Entries
3. Someone was in the table (objectdesigner or editable Form) 32 and has change there the entrie.
4. some other "features" in your database.
