NAV Sure Steps vs RIM Tool Kit

Hi All,

I want to know the difference between NAV Sure Steps & RIM Tool Kit.

Is it absolutely necessary to follow the instructions in RIM Tool Kit or NAV Sure Steps methodology ?

Please advise.

    RIM is just a part of Sure step, and what to follow depends on the nature of implementation required.

    Project Managing Microsoft Dynamics® NAV Implementations with
    Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step

    This would give you a good understanding of the elements involved
