could u share your valuable experience a bout this one.

It's different for each implementation. Generally you should go through the journal tables to post your balances, though.

yes i gone trhough the forums , but i did not find that different methods to update the Opening entries.

Actually there is only one way to post opening entries, just click on the post button.
