Firstly this is not a tutorial forum where you can come and expect spoon feeding. We apply our time to :
a) help members of the community to solve the problems they are facing
b) discussion on topics relevant for the MBS community.
etc......

So don't expect somebody to teach you but instead you should learn from your experience and help from seniors of your company.

Secondly, you seems to be based in India, where the localization requirements are so huge that MS India has a Advanced Subcontracting granule & I believe most members have no clue about it.
